Hello Friends
Ami Jain is a wellness guide, sound healer, and teacher with over 25 years of experience in yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama. She blends cosmic intuition and intention, channeling both radiance and creativity. Ami brings depth, heart, and grounding into every experience she offers.
Her wellness offerings—including classes, retreats, workshops, and healing circles—are crafted with sacred precision, often attuned to moon cycles and guided by the principles of Ayurveda. Through her practice and podcast, Aligned with Ami, she invites others to slow down, realign, and reconnect—blending ancient wisdom with modern ease and a signature touch of softness and soul.
Ami's Path
Born in India and raised by her grandparents and extended family, Ami absorbed the spiritual, cultural, and Ayurvedic teachings of her heritage from an early age. After moving to the U.S., she discovered the physical practice of yoga in her twenties and quickly deepened her study to include all eight limbs of yoga, exploring moral philosophy, meditation, and pranayama far beyond the mat.

Her training includes a 200-hour certification in ISHTA Yoga (2002) and a 100-hour Ashtanga training with Scott Harig at Pure Yoga NYC (2012). She has studied with master teachers such as Manju Jois, David Swenson, and John Campbell, and holds certifications in yoga nidra through Shakti Assouline and in sound healing through Michelle Berlin in Miami.

Whether guiding a group class, offering a one-on-one session, leading a meditation, or sharing insights on her podcast, Ami offers a calm, clear path back to the self—anchored in breath, sound, presence, and embodied wisdom.
